Retail Orders: Orders are handled within 2 business days (often shipping the same day) via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, taking 4–8 business days to arrive across the USA. Expedited shipping option also available (please select at the time of checkout).

🔄 Returns Summary
Return Window: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date in brand-new, unused condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
Process: Customers can request return through order detail page or email sales@deckrasports.com before shipping items back to the warehouse in Frederick, MD.
Costs & Refunds: Return shipping costs for approved returns are paid or reimbursed by Deckra Sports. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 2 business days of the warehouse receiving the items.
