RETAIL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For customers who purchase retail items from our Apparel, Cycling wears and Compression wear Shop, Deckrasports offers multiple shipping options (including expedited shipping mode). If you require something specific, the cost will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your chosen method of delivery. We do not offer customer pick up for local orders.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
All orders are shipped based on the customer’s chosen shipping method. Our handling time is 1-3 business days. We use USPS and UPS shipping services for Domestic USA orders which takes 2-4 business days to deliver most of the parts in USA. If you require a specific shipping mode, please write to us and you will be charged the fee according to order's weight and package dimensions. Our order handling time is two business days after the order confirmation but our aim is to ship the order same working day.
International Shipping transit time depends on country where order placed. Our aim is to deliver international orders in 11-14 business days (excluding handling time).
CUSTOM SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once you’ve submitted your custom order, it takes one to two weeks for our team to create your custom apparel and ship it to your team or club. Please note that customs may take up to 72 hours to release your order to courier for delivery. To track your order, you will be provided the related information.
A signature is required for this shipment, and courier will attempt to deliver your shipment three times. If courier cannot deliver the package after the third attempt and you do not tell them to hold the package at a certain location, they will send the order back to Shipper. We will then ship the order back to you, but we will have to charge you for the new shipping costs.
